General Terms

Updated 2026-02-19

Acceptance

By browsing this site, creating an account, or enrolling in a program, you accept these General Terms and any program-specific addendum presented at enrollment. If you disagree, discontinue use of the services and contact us to close accounts where applicable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections apply to you personally. Venue for disputes shall be the courts of Seoul, unless a mandatory statute directs otherwise.

Liability

Training materials are provided as educational content. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost productivity, arising from how you apply exercises in your own environments. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a single enrollment is limited to the tuition actually paid for that enrollment unless prohibited by law.

Service description

Programs include live sessions, lab access, mentor feedback windows, and community channels as described on each program page. Features may evolve between cohorts when tooling changes, but we will not remove core lab access without notice to active cohorts. We may substitute instructors when illness or emergencies occur, maintaining comparable expertise.

User obligations

You agree not to misuse lab systems, attempt unauthorized access, or harass staff or peers. You will keep credentials confidential and report suspected compromise promptly. Corporate learners must ensure their participation complies with employer policies regarding external training.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of the code of conduct or technical misuse. Learners may withdraw according to the Refund Policy where applicable. Certain provisions survive termination, including intellectual property limits and liability caps where permitted.

Intellectual property

Curriculum materials, lab images, and branding remain the property of RootPilot Academy or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials during enrollment. Feedback you provide may be incorporated anonymously into future curriculum without royalty, except where we agree otherwise in writing.

Refund Policy

Updated 2026-04-11

Scope

This policy applies to tuition for publicly listed bootcamps purchased directly from RootPilot Academy. Custom enterprise statements of work follow separate contracts.

Process

Email welcome@coreboost.one with your enrollment reference, cohort name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within five business days and may ask for identity verification.

Eligibility

Full refunds may be available before the cohort start date listed on your invoice. Partial refunds may apply within the first two weeks if you attended but withdrew for documented hardship.

Exceptions

Non-refundable items include third-party exam vouchers already purchased on your behalf and shipping of physical swag if ever offered.

Timeframe

Approved refunds are initiated within fourteen business days using the original payment path where technically possible; otherwise we coordinate a manual transfer.

Contact

Escalations after the first response should reply in-thread to keep a single record. For regulatory correspondence, reference “Refund escalation” in the subject line.
