We are a studio, not a content farm

RootPilot Academy began as a moderator bench for APAC operators who wanted receipts, not motivational posters. We still write every lab update in Seoul, ship checksums with curriculum drops, and keep cohort caps boringly small so mentors can read your notes.

Principles pinned on the wall

  • 01 — Evidence first

Screenshots are optional; journal excerpts and commands are mandatory.

  • 02 — Kind bluntness

We critique work, not people, and we name limits when tools cannot save a bad process.

  • 03 — Shared runbooks

Alumni keep read-only access to updated playbooks so knowledge does not evaporate after week eight.

  • 04 — Regional clocks

Moderators publish office hour maps so nobody guesses who is awake.
