Last week moderators highlighted journalctl queries that made it through change review without edits. The winners were boring on purpose: narrow time windows, explicit unit names, and no giant pipes into blind greps. We saw a spike in questions about priority fields versus facility codes. The digest included a small comparison table written in plain language so people could pick one column and move on. Another thread focused on exporting snippets for tickets without leaking secrets. The consensus was to redact tokens manually and never rely on automatic scrubbers alone. We ended the week with a reminder to link runbooks in ticket bodies, not only in chat threads. Small habit, fewer repeated questions.
